Children’s Liturgy of the Word

Children’s Liturgy of the Word provides all children from Pre-K through grade 8 the opportunity to experience the Word of God in and age appropriate setting. Lay presiders proclaim the Word and then lead the children through a discussion which allows everyone to consider how God is speaking directly to them.
Beginning in November, Children’s Liturgy of the Word will be offered at the Saturday Vigil and every Sunday liturgy except 7:30 AM Eucharist. From June to September Children’s Liturgy of the Word is offered only at the 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM Sunday Liturgies.
A Special Children’s Liturgy of the Word is offered on Good Friday at the 3:00 PM services.
