Children’s Holy Hour

“Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for to such belong the Kingdom of Heaven .” Mt. 19:14
Mission:
The purpose of Children’s Holy Hour is to provide an opportunity for young children to gather before the Blessed Sacrament to adore Jesus in the Eucharist.
*As Catholic parents and caregivers, we are first called to nurture the faith of our children and help them get united with God as their ultimate Joy and Peace.
*Teaching them to adore Jesus in the Eucharist at this early age is a beautiful way to encourage them in their faith and enkindle in them the fire of His Eucharistic Love.
*A strong faith and relationship with Jesus Christ is the best gift you can ever give to your child.
*
Introducing our children to the Eucharistic Lord helps our children gain a deeper awareness and understanding of the Real Presence and His Love for them derived from the communal celebration of the Eucharist.
*
Our children grow stronger in their Catholic faith and their relationship with their friend Jesus manifested in the love for others, present in the Eucharist.
*
Through songs of praise, silent meditation, weekly gospel readings, child led discussions, intercessory and formal prayer, a “Spirit of Adoration” lived out in living the presence of God is cultivated in their hearts..
